Important!
Participants will receive EMC credits and participation certificates separately for each event, respectively “Ian Donald” Course Diploma and SOGR Congress Diploma, at the end of the scientific presentations.
The fees payment can be made by bank transfer or cash deposit at the Unicredit-Tiriac Bank in the account of the organizing company:

Please specify in the details of the payment order the names of participants for whom you pay the fee. Then please send us by email or fax the payment proof together with details of the tax payer (personal identification number for individuals or unique tax registration for legal entities). The amounts shall appear on the organizing company account before 18.10.2014. If you will pay the fee registration in the Congress day, we do not guarantee that you’ll receive the Congress portofolio and teh Resume volume.
According to the National Bank of Romania, we recommend you to avoid the cash payments directly to the Congress location and choose the secure payments by bank transfer, cash deposit at Unicredit Tiriac Bank or credit card.
WARNING!
In case of registration’s cancellation:
- until 1st of June 2014, the registration fee is fully refundable
- from 2nd of June to 1st of September 2014, 50% of fee is refundable
- after 1st of September 2014, the registration fee is NOT refundable
Changing the name of the participant is FREE until 1st of October 2014! After this date any change represents cancellation of services with related penalties and making a new registration or reservation. Any returns are made exclusively by bank transfer.
